Tucked in, next to the world's longest outdoor escalator in Hong Kong's Soho dining district is Bacar, a fixture on the SOHO dining scene since 2006. It is our second restaurant wine bar venture and a shared passion that continues the gourmet Mediterranean tapas trend of our first wine bar, Enoteca on Elgin.
Bacar is buzzing and busy with unpretentious food, wine and service at very comopetitive prices. It is so popular with HK regulars that seats are hard to come by without reserving well in advance - or stand next to the escalator, wine in hand and people-watch as our staff do their best to find you a table.
