Following University in South Africa, Kim has worked all her life in the hospitality industry.  Arriving in Hong Kong in 1993 she joined the FABS Restaurant Management Group.  For them she managed at Bacchus, Oscars, Pomeroys and then worked as General Manager of Staunton's Wine Bar and Café in SoHo for six years. In 2005 she set up her own company, The Enoteca Group, with husband Robert.  Kim's extensive travel and global F&B experience is reflected strongly in her management training and menu development.
