Robert came to Hong Kong in 1995 having worked as a sales manager in the advertising sales and publishing industry in London.
Since arriving he has managed, project managed and consulted for a number of leading restaurant groups in Hong Kong:

Robert is extensively travelled and having a big passion for wine has visited most of the major wine regions of the world. He holds a WSET Advanced certificate.
